What a big bounce this morning. Unfortunately, I didn't hold the $SPY overnight, which was a bad miss.

I've been looking for this 373 zone since last week, and we might just get there today. The exact level is 373.44.

Today was the first "up" day since last Wednesday.

The question is whether we'll follow through or not.  I wish I had a crystal ball, but I do not.

What a reversal on Friday in the indices!

There's not much more to say other than that September was an ugly month.

As of now, the S&P 500 is still managing to hold onto the 3,600 level, and the $SPY is at 360.

Should we really break below 360, we can see 359, then 354.80. You can always trade long against the SPY 360 level and use 360 as a stop if you like.

Yesterday is seeming more like a one-hit wonder, as the indices dropped hard today.

The $QQQ finally played catch-up to the $SPY and hit a new low.

What a day, gains of more than 1% for the major indices across the board.

Yesterday, at around 2:45 p.m. ET, I alerted Swing Trader Pro Members in Rangefinder that I bought the $SPY at 363.80. My target was 368. We hit over 372.

We hit the June lows in the S&P 500 but not the Nasdaq.

We did bounce off the lows, but last night $AAPL signaled trouble ahead and is cutting back production. The futures dropped on that news.

This market can't seem to get out of its own way.

The $SPY hit the 370 level, the $QQQ hit 379, and both reversed on a dime.

Yesterday was a very volatile day, once again.

$SPY tested the 370 resistance level then headed downhill to 363.

This morning, it looked like the market could've trended higher.

I bought $SPY at 367.4 and it rallied to 370, a resistance level.
