Stocks Make Higher Highs

August 11, 2022

A downtrend consists of a series of lower lows and lower highs.

But the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Russell2000 Small-cap Index are both making higher highs.

That's, by definition, not a downtrend.

I encourage you to check out these 2 posts: You can't be short and also Growth Stocks Being Tested.

I think this chart above is a great compliment to what we were pointing out in those two other looks.

If the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Russell2000 are not in downtrends, then the question is: "What bear market?"

The levels are laid out.

You can't argue with supply and demand dynamics, regardless of how you feel about the Fed, the President, Inflation, Ukraine or whatever your beef might be.

We have trades popping up every day.

The average stock on the Nasdaq is up 40% off its lows.

There are stocks and cryptos doubling in price.

It can be hard to keep up. I get it. Which is why we built our brand new app: Rangefinder.

This is our newest tool that does all of the sorting and position sizing calculations for you, based on your specific parameters.

Give us a call +1(323)421-7910 and add this powerful tool to your process RISK FREE.

Then shoot me a note and let me know what you think!
