Buffett, Berkshire Report Another Big OXY Buy

The most significant transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway.

Buffett reported another purchase in Occidental Petroleum Corp $OXY, this time with a total value of $312 million.

Here's a look at Buffett's OXY purchases:

Mantle Ridge LP filed a Form 4 reporting a purchase of $99.2 million in Dollar Tree Inc $DLTR.

Here’s The Hot Corner, with data through December 21, 2023:

In another Form 4, Nicholas C. Gangestad, director of Nucor Corporation $NUE, revealed the acquisition of 1,000 shares, equivalent to $176,609.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Wayfair Inc $W, Cytokinetics, Incorporated $CYTK, Bausch Health Companies Inc $BHC, and CF Industries Holdings Inc $CF.
