Buffett Reports a $107 Million LSXMA Purchase

The largest insider buy on today’s list comes via Form 4 filings by Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway.

Buffett and Berkshire reported purchases in The Liberty SiriusXM Group $LSXMA for a total amount of $107 million.

Jennison Associates LLC filed a 13G for Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc $ARQT revealing an increase in ownership from 7.88% to 10.80%.

In another Form 4, Sphere Entertainment Co $SPHR CEO Jim Dolan revealed another purchase, this time 110,156 shares in the amount of $5,164,270.

There was also insider activity in IonQ Inc $IONQ, J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc $JBHT, and Pacific Biosciences of California $PACB.
