The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Magnolia Capital Fund.

The investment firm revealed a purchase of $2.5 million in America's Car-Mart Inc $CRMT.

The CEOs of Charter Communications $CHTR, OPKO Health $OPK, Virtu Financial $VIRT, and Zions Bancorporation National Association $ZION all filed Form 4s reporting purchases of their own stock.

Last but not least, Rep. Kathy Manning of North Carolina filed a Periodic Transaction Report declaring a purchase worth between $15,000 and $50,000 in the following stocks:

  • Costco Wholesale Corporation $COST;
  • Mastercard Incorporated $MA;
  • Merck & Co. $MRK;
  • MSCI Inc $MSCI; and
  • Salesforce.com Inc $CRM.
