Today’s largest insider transaction is another Form 4 filing by Charles Bryan Daniels, director of Fifth Third Bancorp $FITB.

Daniels reported an FITB purchase worth $1,503,495.

Politan Capital Management LP filed a 13D for Azenta Inc $AZTA revealing an increase in ownership from 6.98% to 7.61%.
