The market started the day in consolidation mode then kept trying to break out.

We can still see the push in $SPY to 453.

Here are today’s trades:

  • I bought $MRNA on August 28 at 116.14 and sold today at 117.10.
  • I bought $UPST at 32.37 and sold at 32.97.
  • I bought $DE at 407.29 and sold at 407.88. It really pushed past the 200-day moving average.
  • I bought $TSLA at 258.16 and sold at 258.66.
  • I bought $FSLR at 185.50 and sold at 186.

I called out a setup in $OXY yesterday at 62.20 for a potential move to 62.88.

I booked two losers:

  • I bought $MSFT at 329.35 and sold at 328.11.
  • I bought $COIN at 85.85 and sold at 84.45.

I have open long positions in $VXX and $ABNB.

I have open short positions in $QQQ, $KLAC, $NFLX, $ADBE, and $CELH.
