The largest insider buy on today's list comes in a Form 4 filing by Carl Icahn, who revealed a purchase of $11.2 million in Southwest Gas Holdings $SWX.

Icahn now owns 15.65% of outstanding shares of SWX.

Sylebra Capital Limited filed a 13D for RingCentral $RNG, revealing an initial stake of 8.68%.

In another Form 4, the president and CEO of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd $RNR revealed a purchase of 13,020 shares, equivalent to $2.4 million.
