Did you see what the haters over at The Economist published last week?

Most of you have been around for a while so you already know.

But if you're new here to Allstarcharts, let's just say we do very well consistently taking the other side of this publication.

Few contrarian indicators are as reliable as The Economist:

So I see the cover. Definitely don't read the article.

And then go straight to the chart.

And this is what I see:

It's going from the lower left to the upper right.

We call those uptrends.

I mean, what's there not to like?

Stocks are in an 8-month old bull market.

Most investors don't even realize it. And some of the worst investors are still looking for a market bottom.

Financials are one of the leaders, which is pretty standard for rising rate environments.

And within Financials, Broker Dealers are the leadership group.

Check, check, check, check...
