Elon Musk Now Owns Twitter

The Twitter-and-Elon Musk saga has finally come to an end, as the eccentric billionaire has completed a $44 billion acquisition of the struggling social media company.

The stock will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange today.

The largest insider transaction on today’s list is a Form 4 filing by the Artal Group S.A.

The firm reported a purchase worth roughly $1 million in Scholar Rock Holding Corporation $SRRK, increasing its total stake to almost 25%.

Senvest Management LLC filed a 13G revealing an increase in ownership from 3.17% to 5.08% in Axcelis Technologies $ACLS.
