Insiders Are Still Hot for EVA

It’s a new week, but the same insiders are still buying.

Form 4 filings for the wood pellet producer Enviva $EVA have been hitting the wire nonstop this month.

The latest filing and largest on today’s list comes from Inclusive Capital’s Jeff Ubben, who reported an additional purchase of $1.2 million worth of EVA shares.

Bow Street LLC filed a 13D for Veris Residential $VRE, revealing an initial stake of 5.80%.

This comes on the heels of Thursday night’s news that Jared Kushner’s Kushner Cos made a hostile bid for the real estate company, offering $16 a share.

Here’s The Hot List, with data through October 21, 2022:

Magnolia Capital Fund revealed the acquisition of 18,934 shares, equivalent to $344,598 in RE/MAX Holdings $RMAX.

The only 13G on our list today was filed by Greenhouse Funds LP, which revealed an initial ownership stake of 12% in Clarus Corporation $CLAR.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Google $GOOGL, Devon Energy $DVN, and Bionano Genomics $BNGO.
