Icahn Raises His SWX Stake

JPMorgan Chase & Company $JPM revealed a purchase of roughly $5 million in Ribbon Communications $RBBN in a Form 4.

JPMorgan now owns 51,594,927 shares for a total interest of 34.3%.

Both the CEO and the CFO of Quanterix $QTRX filed Form 4s disclosing share purchases worth a combined total of about $2,118,875.

This kind of insider buying from the C-suite always stands out.

Both the CFO and a long-standing director at Cassava Sciences $SAVA filed Form 4s revealing purchases of a combined 102,500 shares, worth north of $2 million.

SAVA is up about 20% on this news in the pre-market session.

There was a 13D filed by Oaktree Capital Management LP revealing a 10.10% stake in Oaktree Specialty Lending Corp $OCSL.

In another Form 4, director Jackson P. Tai of Eli Lilly and Company $LLY reported a purchase of $199,548 in his own shares.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Occidental Petroleum $OXY, Snap Inc $SNAP, and fuboTV $FUBO.

On the other hand, the American coffee chain Dutch Bros $BROS experienced bearish flow.
