The largest insider buy on today’s list is a Form 4 filing by Michael Gladstone, independent director at Day One Biopharmaceuticals $DAWN.

Gladstone disclosed the purchase of approximately $11.5 million worth of shares in the mid-cap biotech company.

The CFO of ReneSola Ltd $SOL filed a Form 4 reporting a purchase of roughly $2,920,891 of his company’s stock.

In a 13G, RA Capital Management revealed a passive ownership interest of more than 6% in Instil Bio $TIL.

In his latest Form 4, Phillip Forst, the chairman and CEO of OPKO Health $OPK, revealed an additional purchase of approximately 200,000 shares in the biotech company.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in the social media platform Snap Inc $SNAP, Snowflake $SNOW, and the largest gold miner in the world, Newmont Mining Corp $NEM.

Last but not least, in a Periodic Transaction Report, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia disclosed purchases in Costco $COST, The Home Depot $HD, United Parcel Service $UPS, and Visa $V.

All transactions are reported to have a market value between $15,000 and $50,000.
