Coinbase Insider Buys More Shares

Coinbase Global $COIN co-founder and director Fred Ehrsam is back on our list with another Form 4 filing for just under $2 million worth of shares.

He’s bought approximately $76 million worth of COIN in the last 10 days.

In another Form 4, the executive chairman of Avis Budget Group $CAR, purchased $4,895,557 of his company's stock as he continues to build a position.

Coliseum Capital Management LLC appears on our list again with a 13D revealing an ownership stake in Purple Innovation $PRPL of 49.40%.

Last but not least, we saw bullish options flow in Avaya Holdings $AVYA, International Business Machines $IBM, and the video conferencing platform Zoom Video Communication $ZM.

There was also bullish flow in the fast food chain Wendy's $WEN.

Two days ago, Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management filed a 13D revealing an increased ownership stake and plans for a potential takeover of the entire company.

The stock is higher by 12% this week on the news.
