This week we’re looking at a long setup in the Realty sector. Nifty Realty broke out of an 11-year base and has picked up momentum. At this time we're looking for an interesting idea in this space.

Let's take a look at this stock.

Godrej Property has been a crowd favourite for some time. And why wouldn't it be? The stock has performed well consistently and has generated good returns over time.

And that time seems to be applicable now as well.

In the week gone by, we saw a breakout in the price above the overhead zone of 1,995. The momentum is back in bullish territory and the price has made a strong move.

We are bullish above the level of 1,995 with a target near 3,130.
