Friday morning I was down at the New York Stock Exchange chatting with Larry Kofsky about the recent pickup in volatility and ups and downs in the market. Remember the most vicious rallies tend to be counter-trend in nature within the context of a more structural decline. I think that's what we've seen the last few weeks and in all likelihood this action is here to stay.
