The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway $BRK.A.
In his third filing since May 17, Buffett reported the acquisition of another 4,660,809 shares, equivalent to $272 million.
Berkshire now owns roughly 306 million shares for an ownership stake of 34%. This calculation includes the company’s warrants, which continue to flip from in- to out-of-the-money with a strike price of 59.62.
In other insider news, Biotechnology Value Fund LP filed a 13G for Janux Therapeutics $JANX, revealing an initial stake of 9.80%.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Infinera Corporation $INFN, PayPal Holdings Inc $PYPL, PLBY Group $PLBY, and Marinus Pharmaceuticals $MRNS.
