It's NOT about what's happened over the past year.

Zoom out.

This is about what's been happening throughout the cycle, which appears to have ended.

When you go back to early 2018, which is when risk around the world peaked, we went no where for the next 3 years. Keep in mind, the uptrend in stocks throughout 2016 and 2017 was one of the most historic rallies in history. After a well-deserved, multi-year cyclical bear market, we can now move on.

Like I've said many times before, this still looks like the start of a new bull market, not the end of an old one.
