The most significant insider buy on today's list comes via a Form 4 filing by Warren Buffett.

Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway continue to buy shares of Occidental Petroleum Corporation $OXY.

This is their third filing of the month, this time for $176 million.

RA Capital Management filed a 13G for Evolent Health Inc $EVH revealing an initial stake of 7.10%.

The CEOs of Nerdy Inc $NRDY and Lemonade Inc $LMND both filed Form 4s for their own stocks.

Uncle Warren has been accumulating a very large position in OXY over the last two years.

He’s been making his buys in the area of ​​$57 to $60 per share.

This zone coincides with former support and the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of the covid crash. 

As long as we are above 57.50, the bias is higher.
