Director Legoretta Buys 22,617,909 PROK Shares

The most significant insider buy on today’s list comes via a Form 4 filing by ProKidney Corp $PROK director Pablo G. Legorreta.

Legorreta acquired 22,617,909 PROK shares, equivalent to $54 million.

The chairman and CEO of Shift4 Payments Inc $FOUR, Jared Isaacman, revealed a purchase of $1,005,309.

In another Form 4, the CEO of SoFi Technologies $SOFI reported a $199,109 purchase in his own company’s stock.

Last but not least, Sen. Tuberville reported an acquisition worth between $15,000 and $50,000 in Adobe Inc $ADBE.

ADBE is consolidating within the context of a strong primary uptrend:

Not only do we have a senator buying shares, but there was a very significant Form 4 purchase made by the CFO near the bear market lows almost two years ago.

If and when it breaks through the 634 level, we believe ADBE will embark on a new leg to the upside.

We’re putting this one on our Screamin’ Hot list, so maybe we’ll be in even sooner.

FOUR has been carving out a base for over two years. Price is currently pressing against the 61.8% retracement as buyers continue to absorb the overhead supply at this resistance zone.

If we’re above about 75, then the bias turns to the upside.
