Founder and CEO Chuck Cohn Buys 569,976 NRDY Shares

The most significant insider buy on today’s list comes via a Form 4 filing by the founder and CEO of Nerdy Inc $NRDY, Chuck Cohn.

Cohn reported a purchase of 569,976 NRDY shares, equivalent to $957,559.

In another Form 4, Sharon Rowlands, director at Pegasystems Inc $PEGA, bought 8,600 shares.

There was also insider activity in V.F. Corporation $VFS, GXO Logistics Inc $GXO and Compass Diversified $CODI.

And director Kim D. Blickenstaff revealed a purchase of $500,088 in Nuvation Bio Inc $NUVB.

After carving out a massive base for roughly a year, price broke through the range's upper bound in March:

Fast-forward to today, and NUVB pulled back to the breakout level. However, buyers successfully showed up at former resistance to maintain control.

As long as it remains above 2.55, a shift in the trend is well underway in favor of the bulls.
