Hassan Khosrowshahi Reports a $2.8 Million RSVR Buy

The most significant insider buy on today's list comes via a Form 4 filing by the Iranian business magnate and investor Hassan Khosrowshahi.

Khosrowshahi reported a purchase of $2.8 million in Reservoir Media Inc $RSVR.

The chairman and CEO of Shift4 Payments Inc $FOUR bought 29,669 shares of his own company’s stock.

There was also insider activity in Republic Services $RSG, Hawkins Inc $HWKN, and Leggett & Platt Incorporated $LEG.

And Wellington Management filed a 13G for Flex Ltd $FLEX revealing an increase in ownership from 6.00% to 10.14%.

We know there are some good technicians over at Wellington, so we love to see them buying these fresh all-time highs.
