The most significant insider buy on today's list comes via a Form 4 filing by Norfolk Southern Corporation $NSC director Sameh Fahmi.

Fahmi reported the acquisition of 2,000 shares of NSC, equivalent to $444,355.

Coliseum Capital Management LLC filed a 13D for Gildan Activewear Inc %GIL revealing an increase in ownership from 5.85% to 6.00%.

In another Form 4, director Richard Scott Blackley bought 11,702 shares of SLM Corporation $SLM.

SLM has actually been carving out a monster base for the past 18 years.
