Pelosi Reports PANW Call Options Purchases

The biggest item on today’s list is a filing by Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

The former Speaker of the House bought call options in Palo Alto Networks $PANW worth between $600,000 and $1,250,000.

The strike price is $200, and the expiration is January 17, 2025. Pelosi made purchases before and after PANW’s recent earnings release.

Here’s The Hot Corner, with data through February 26, 2024:

John H. Stone, president and CEO of Allegion plc $ALLE, reported a purchase of $1.3 million in his company’s stock.

Adage Capital Partners LLC filed a 13G for KalVista Pharmaceuticals Inc $KALV revealing an initial stake of 6.87%.

In another Form 4, director David W. MacLennan revealed a purchase of $113,179 in Caterpillar Inc $CAT.
