Forbion Capital GP Kersten Reports a $26 Million DYN Buy

The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Dirk Kersten.

Kersten, who is general partner at Forbion Capital Fund, reported a purchase of roughly $26 million in Dyne Therapeutics Inc $DYN.

Cormorant Asset Management LP revealed a purchase of 855,000 shares, equivalent to $17 million, in EyePoint Pharmaceuticals Inc $EYPT.

In another Form 4, the executive chairman of the board revealed a purchase of $656,985 in Agree Realty Corporation $ADC.
