The most significant transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by the CEO of HighPeak Energy Inc $HPK, Jack Hightower.

Hightower reported the acquisition of 150,442 HPK shares, equivalent to roughly $2.1 million.

In another Form 4, director T. Scott Martin revealed the purchase of $460,855 worth of Kimbell Royalty Partners $KRP shares.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Elanco Animal Health Incorporated ELAN, Best Buy Co Inc $BBY, and Tupperware Brands Corporation $TUP.
