The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Broadwood Capital.

The firm reported a purchase of roughly $11.6 million in STAAR Surgical Company $STAA.

RA Capital Management filed a 13G for CymaBay Therapeutics Inc $CBAY, revealing an initial stake of 6.20%.

In another Form 4, director Reginald J. Brown disclosed a purchase of $204,904 in Blackstone Inc $BX.
