The most significant insider purchase on today's list comes from Wayne P. Rothbaum, director of Iovance Biotherapeutics $IOVA.

Rothbaum declared a $26.5 million IOVA purchase in a Form 4 filing.

Great Point Partners LLC filed a 13G for UroGen Pharma Ltd $URGN revealing an initial stake of 8.51%.

In another Form 4, director Jonathan Kraft reported a purchase of $507,650 in TKO Group Holdings $TKO.
