We saw a decent bounce from the start of the day and then the market sat idle.

$SPY needs to be above 446.80 to really get going higher.

Here are today’s trades:

  • I bought $MCD on September 7 at 278.50 and 277.60 and sold today at 279.
  • I bought $MSFT at 332.65 and sold at 333.40.
  • I bought $VLO at 140.30 and sold at 140.80.
  • I shorted $MSFT at 335.05 and covered at 334.58
  • I shorted $VLO at 143.01 and covered at 142.51

I booked one loser:

  • I bought $TSLA at 255.84 and sold at 252.40. I bought it too late, but others in the Live Trading Room caught it for a profit. 

I have open long positions in $VXX, $AMZN, and $UPS.

I have open short positions in $QQQ, $KLAC, $NFLX, $ADBE, and $CELH.
