That was a very big move for the indices today.

Once $SPY broke out of its resistance zone, this one and the others really jumped.

Here are today’s trades:

  • I bought $TGT on August 16 at 133.36, added on August 22 at 123.50, added on August 25 at 121.40, and sold today at 127.40. Netted four points all told.
  • I bought $GS on August 28 at 326.30 and sold today at 327.
  • I bought $GOOGL at 133.40 and sold at 134.18.
  • I shorted $PDD at 95, 94.60, and 93.60 and covered at 93.29.
  • I bought $MSTR at 363 and sold at 365.

I also called out setups in $TSLA, $META, $HD, and $AAPL.

I booked one loser:

  • I bought $SMCI at 275.67 and sold at 271.  I ran to the store, had a stop in place...

I have open long positions in $VXX and $MRNA.

I have open short positions in $QQQ, $KLAC, $NFLX, $ADBE, and $CELH.
