Director Chambers Reports Another Big SRPT Buy

The largest insider transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filed by Michael Andrew Chambers, director of Sarepta Therapeutics $SRPT.

Chambers reported an additional purchase of 23,686 SRPT shares, equivalent to $2.5 million.

The CEO and president of TG Therapeutics $TGTX revealed a purchase of $1 million in their latest Form 4.

  • German American Bancorp, $GABC
  • KeyCorp $KEY

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Soho House & Co Inc $SHCO, Pfizer Inc $PFE, Dole plc $DOLE, and The GEO Group $GEO.
