The largest insider transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filed by Michael Andrew Chambers, director of Sarepta Therapeutics $SRPT.

Chambers reported a purchase of SRPT shares worth $3.7 million.

Coliseum Capital Management LLC bought $3,439,536 in ModivCare Inc $MDOV.

In another Form 4, director Robotti Robert revealed the acquisition of 48,200 shares of Tidewater Inc $TDW, equivalent to $3 million.
