Loews Corp Reports a $175 Million CNA Purchase

The largest insider transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Loews Corporation.

The American conglomerate reported a purchase of $175 million worth of shares in CNA Financial Corporation $CNA.

The chair and CEO of Nasdaq Inc $NDAQ, Adena T. Friedman, revealed a purchase of $510,000.

The CEO and president of Intel Corporation $INTC reported a small purchase of his own stock.
