The most significant transaction on today's list comes in a Form 4 filing by Ryan Cohen, executive chairman of GameStop $GME.

Cohen revealed a purchase of 443,842 GME shares, equivalent to roughly $10 million.

In another Form 4, the CEO of Royalty Pharma plc $RPRX reported a purchase of $2.9 million.

And DraftKings Inc $DKNG saw bullish options flow.
