Today's most significant insider transaction is a Form 4 filing by Edgar Smith, director at Business First Bancshares $BFST. 

Smith  reported a purchase of BFST shares worth $400,219.

Deerfield Asset Management’s James Flynn filed a 13G for Owens & Minor $OMI revealing an original stake of 5.51%.

In another Form 4, the president and CEO of BRT Apartments Corp $BRT reported a purchase of 11,944 shares, equivalent to $223,795.

Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina.

Foxx disclosed a purchase in Plains All American Pipeline $PAA worth between $15,000 and $50,000.
