Buffett and Icahn Are Buying OXY and SWX

Today’s most significant insider transaction report is another Form 4 filing by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway $BRK.A for Occidental Petroleum $OXY.

On Monday, Buffett disclosed an additional purchase of OXY shares worth roughly $216 million.

In another Form 4, Carl Icahn revealed an additional purchase of $15.1 million in Southwest Gas Holdings $SWX.

There was also insider activity in Dollar Tree $DLTR and SecureWorks Corp $SCWX.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Macy's Inc $M, BlackBerry Limited $BB, and Occidental Petroleum Corporation $OXY.

On the other hand, Arbor Realty Trust $ABR was the only stock that saw bearish flow.
