Icahn Buys More SWX, Now Owns 14.44%

The most significant insider transaction on today's list comes in a Form 4 from Carl Icahn.

Icahn bought $30 million worth of Southwest Gas Holdings $SWX, increasing his ownership stake from 12.64% to 14.44%.

The only 13D on our list today was filed by General Atlantic, which revealed an increase in ownership from 35.60% to 37.90% in DLocal Limited $DLO.

In another Form 4, the CEO of Calavo Growers $CVGW revealed a purchase of $1.2 million.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Oracle Corporation $ORCL, GlaxoSmithKline plc $GSK, and Medical Properties Trust $MPW.

On the other hand, Freeport-McMoRan $FCX was the only stock that saw bearish flow.
