CEO Craft Reports a Large ARLP Purchase

The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Joe Craft, president and CEO of Alliance Resource Partners $ARLP.

Craft reported a purchase of roughly $2.7 million.

Coliseum Capital Management LLC reported a purchase worth roughly $2 million in ModivCare $MODV in its latest Form 4.

Deep Track Capital filed a 13G for Pliant Therapeutics $PLRX, revealing an initial stake of 5.47%.

There was also insider activity in B. Riley Financial $RILY, The Charles Schwab Corporation $SCHW, Forward Air Corporation $FWRD, and Matador Resources Company $MTDR.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Ally Financial $ALLY, Pan American Silver Corp $PAAS, Delta Air Lines $DAL, and Marqeta $MQ.
