Top Executives Are Buying CPRI Shares

The most significant insider activity on today’s list comes in a series of Form 4 filings by the CEO and CFO of Capri Holdings Limited $CPRI.

The two executives combined for purchases in excess of $10 million last week.

Carl Icahn filed an amended 13D for long-time holding Southwest Gas $SWX, revealing an increase in ownership from 12.64% to 13.58%.

In its latest Form 4, Ares Management revealed a purchase of roughly $7.5 million in Frontier Communications Parent $FYBR.

Former AT&T $T CEO and current Walmart $WMT director Randall Stephenson disclosed a $1 million purchase of WMT stock.

Insider activity in regional banks continues with Form 4 filings for BOK Financial Corp $BOKF and First Hawaiian $FHB.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Zscaler $ZS, CareDx $CDNA, and Overstock.com $OSTK.
