Buffett Is Back To Buy More OXY
Since this time last year, every time the stock falls below 60, we get a filing from Berkshire Hathaway $BRK.
In his first Form 4 filing since September, Buffett just reported an additional 5.8 million shares of OXY at an average price of $61.10 per share. The transactions were spread out over the last three trading days.
The latest purchases, worth roughly $354 million, give Berkshire a new ownership stake of roughly 30% (based on 284 million shares, including warrants).

Pzena Investment Management LLC filed a 13G revealing an increase of ownership to just over 10% in Phibro Animal Health Corporation $PAHC.
Three directors of Montrose Environmental Group $MEG filed Form 4s for a combined amount of $1,217,367.
There was also insider activity in Keurig Dr Pepper Inc $KDP, B. Riley Financial $RILY, and Black Stone Minerals $BSM.
Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Michael C. Burgess of Texas, who reported positions in Microsoft Corporation $MSFT, Blackstone Inc $BX, and Advance Auto Parts $AAP.
In the options market, there was bullish flow in Wayfair Inc $W and Uber Technologies $UBER.
