The largest insider buy on today's list comes in a Form 4 filing by Mark P. Vergnano, a director of Waters Corporation $WAT.

Vergnano reported a purchase worth $997,927.

The only 13G on our list was filed by Glenview Capital Management, which revealed an initial stake of 5.31% in Myriad Genetics $MYGN.
