CEO Schulman Reports a PYPL Purchase

The largest insider transaction on today’s list was reported in a Form 4 filing by the CEO and President of PayPal Holdings $PYPL, Dan Schulman.

Schulman reported a purchase worth roughly $1.9 million.

Two directors of Markel Corporation $MKL filed Form 4s for a combined amount of $732,046.

Point72 Asset Management filed a 13G for Iovance Biotherapeutics $IOVA, revealing an initial stake of 5%.

There was also insider buy in Wintrust Financial Corporation $WTFC and Sana Biotechnology $SANA.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Under Armour $UAA, Molson Coors Beverage Company $TAP, and Cameco Corporation $CCJ.
