Multiple Directors Report Inside Buys

The largest insider buy on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Longitude Capital’s Juliet Tammenoms Bakker.

Tammenoms-Bakker reported a purchase of $6 million in RxSight, Inc $RXST, where she serves as a director.

Antonio del Valle Perochena, general partner of MBG Investors, filed a Form 4 revealing a purchase of 13,377 shares, equivalent to $336,580, in Byline Bancorp $BY. 

Perochena is a director at Byline and has made a handful of insider purchases since December.

In another Form 4, Director Lawrence L. Gellerstedt of Brown & Brown $BRO disclosed a small purchase of the insurance broker’s stock.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Google $GOOGL, CVS Health Corporation $CVS, and Zscaler $ZS.
