Victory Capital Increases MMS Stake From 7% to 11%

The largest insider transaction on today’s list is a Form 4 filing by EcoR1 Capital LLC.

The hedge fund reported a purchase worth roughly $7.8 million in Zymeworks Inc $ZYME.

Director Richard Dean Bingham reported a purchase of 4,000 shares in Midland States Bancorp $MBSI in another Form 4.

APG Asset Management filed a 13G reporting a passive ownership stake of 5.50% in Jack Henry & Associates $JKHY. This is a new position for the pension fund.

Victory Capital Management filed an amended 13G for Maximus Inc $MMS, reporting a large increase in ownership, from 7.43% to over 11%.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Peloton Interactive $PTON, Lyft $LYFT, Matterport $MTTR, and Boston Scientific Corp $BSX.
