Artal Group Ups SRRK Stake to 24.5%

The biggest Form 4 filing on today’s hot list is from Artal Group S.A., which revealed the purchase of 48,774 shares in small-cap biotech company Scholar Rock Holding Corporation $SRRK.

That’s equivalent to $455,090. 

Artal now has more than a 24.5% ownership interest in SRRK.

Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina. Foxx disclosed purchases in Altria Group, Inc. $MO and Hess Corporation $HES worth up to $100,000 each.

Rep. Earl Blumenauer bought shares of Amazon.com, Inc $AMZN.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Rite Aid Corporation $RAD, fuboTV Inc $FUBO, and Rocket Companies, Inc. $RKT.

One stock saw bearish flow, homebuilder KB Home $KBH.
