HPK CEO Reports a Big Purchase

Where have all the insiders gone? 

It’s been a slow start to the year for insider filings. However, we do have a few good ones on our list today.

The most notable is a Form 4 filing by the CEO of HighPeak Energy $HPK, who disclosed a purchase of roughly $2 million.

Here’s The Hot List, with data through January 5, 2023:

Kay Matthews, chairman of the start-up focused bank SVB Financial Group $SIVB, reported a small purchase of $232,061.

In the options market, therewas bullish flow in Wallbox N.V. $WBX, Ciena Corporation $CIEN, and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries $TEVA.
