Corporate Insiders Continue To Buy Stock

We continue to see large Form 4 filings from an array of corporate insiders.

Today, we have a filing by ESAB Corp $ESAB director Mitchell P. Rales, who disclosed new purchases worth $20 million.

In another Form 4, EagleTree Capital revealed a purchase of 21 million shares, equivalent to $35 million, in Corsair Gaming $CRSR.

Deerfield Asset Management's James Flynn filed a 13G for Brookdale Senior Living $BKD, revealing an increase in ownership from 2.31% to 6.54%.

Here’s The Hot List, with data through November 17, 2022:

Jason Adler of Gotham Green Partners filed a Form 4 reporting a purchase in Cronos Group $CRON.

Adler serves as an independent director for the cannabis company.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Activision Blizzard $ATVI, Warner Bros Discovery $WBD, and Bausch Health Companies $BHC.

The only stock that saw bearish flow was Fortinet $FTNT.
