Sen. Tuberville Reports MSFT, XOM, CLF, and NU Buys

The largest insider transaction on today's list was reported in a Form 4 filing by Thomas Sinnickson Gayner, an independent director at Cable One $CABO.

He reported a purchase of CABO worth roughly $6.5 million.

Elsewhere, the president of Beacon Roofing Supply $BECN disclosed a $500,000 position in his own stock.

Wellington Management Group filed a pair of 13Gs, one for Cinemark Holdings $CNK and another for Visteon Corp $VC, revealing increases in ownership.

  • Cleveland-Cliffs $CLF and Nu Holdings $NU ($15,000 – $50,000)
