CEO Rady Reports Large AAT Purchase

The largest insider transaction on today's list is a Form 4 filing by the chairman and CEO of American Assets Trust $AAT, Ernest Rady.

Rady reported the purchase of $1.3 million.

The CEO and the executive vice-president of Atlantic Union Bankshares $ABU both filled Form 4s revealing purchases of their own stock.

The only 13G on our list today was filed by Suvretta Capital Management, which revealed an initial stake of 5.60% in Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company $BHVN.

In another Form 4, the CEO of Intel $INTC reported a purchase of 8,830 shares, equivalent to $248,646.

Last but not least, there was bullish options flow in Plains GP Holdings $PAGP, The Kraft Heinz Company $KHC, and Funko Inc $FNKO.
