Messy action all around today.

The market was up a lot pre-market and gave it all back early morning.

Here are today’s trades:

  • I bought $RBLX at 46.32 and sold at 46.70.
  • I shorted $NKE at 94.52 and covered at 94.02.

I booked one loser:

  • I bought $META at 95.36 and sold at 94.69.

This name was strong all day but kept pulling in then finally popped. Others in the room held on and made money in it. META was a standout today; that's why I called it out.

The $SPX is at support at 3,850. The next level is 3,830, then 3,808.

We'll be at a standstill until the Fed tomorrow.
